Interact e-Transfer

At this time, we ONLY accept Interac email transfer payments.

Please note:
* Do not use any words related to Marijuana, Weed, Cannabis, or BC Bud, ETC. when sending your eTransfer. *
* Include your order number in the message section of your eTransfer. *

After you have placed your order please send an Interac eTransfer payment to the following:

Secret Answer: (make this your first name followed directly by the first three digits of your billing postal code)

Orders will be processed after we have confirmed your payment.

PLEASE DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO SEND YOUR PAYMENT.
Due to fluctuation of stock and supply levels we can no longer hold the items you’ve ordered for longer than two days.
Please note we do not process orders from Friday to Sunday.

How do I send an Interac E-transfer?

If you use online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union, then sending an Interac E-transfer takes just a couple of minutes. Google is a great tool and if you search “your bank name” + Interac E-transfer in Google.ca, you should easily find instructions on how to send a transfer with your financial institution. I’ve sent my E-transfer. What next?

You will receive an email that means our team is packing your order. If you do not find the email please check your spam folder and whitelist our email address.

You will receive another email containing a tracking number once we have shipped your package. It takes a couple hours for the numbers to be processed, so if your tracking number doesn’t work try again in a few hours.

SHIPPING

How do you package my shipment?

We understand the need to be discreet so your package will arrive in generic and unlabeled boxes or envelopes via Canada Post. Items are vacuum-sealed to protect freshness and to prevent odors from escaping. Our priority is to maintain your privacy.

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat-rate of $15 for Xpress Post shipping Canada-wide through Canada Post.

When will you ship my package?

Orders are processed 7 days a week

Orders are shipped Monday – Thursday at 3pm PST and a tracking number will follow later that day.

Why don’t you ship on Fridays or weekends?

At BC Bud Dispatch safety and quality are paramount. We do not drop packages off to be shipped from Friday to Sunday as Canada Post does not move packages on weekends and are moved starting Monday. We do this to avoid your package sitting in an uncontrolled warehouse over the weekend. 

Can you guarantee that my package will arrive after ordering?

On very rare occasions, packages sent in the mail do go missing, but that applies to every industry and to ensure mistakes, we highly recommend you use a mailing address that only you have access to receive products. If your order does not arrive, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Do you ship Medical Marijuana outside of Canada?

We do not ship out of Canada.

How long will I have to wait for the medical marijuana to arrive?

It takes 12 hours to process your payment (slightly longer over the weekend as orders are not dropped with Canada Post until they open on Monday)

We ship all orders with 2-day XpressPost. Depending on where you live, your package could take anywhere from 1-3 business days to be delivered, longer for rural areas.

What happens if my package doesn’t get delivered?

If your tracking number shows as not being delivered 3 days after the expected arrival date, let us know. Contact us with your order number and our team will be happy to help you solve any shipping issue.

*We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.

Why did the price of a product change?

All prices are subject to change with notice.

Because the market is so drastically changing with the new legislation our New Products are sold at introductory prices that may not reflect the final price. We do not offer refunds for price changes on products.
